The election is over, and that’s good news, but the disaster in the Northeast is not, and that’s not good news at all. So:
I’ll be doing my small part to help the people where I was born and raised – my upcoming show at Iridium in NYC on Nov 13 is going to be a benefit for Hurricane Sandy Victims. You can get in for half price by bringing blankets, food, clothing, toiletries, etc. Scott Barbarino and the fantastic crew at Iridium have been delivering these things daily to the hardest hit areas. I’m still trying to decide which charity to send the cash proceeds to, so please feel free to throw me some suggestions about that ASAP. I’ll be rocking with the NYC Malone Band – Rich Zukor, Ritt Henn, and Tommy Williams – plus special guests Master of the Telecaster Arlen Roth, Cabaret Award winner Terese Genecco, my amazing piano doppelganger Wade Preston and many more! Book your tickets, tell your friends, fill the room, let’s do this!
You live way up in the Hudson River Valley, you say? Worry not! We’ll be doing it all again on Nov 15 at the amazing Falcon Arts Center in Marlboro, NY.
In the meantime, I’m on the Arizona Boogie Woogie Blowout Tour with Lisa Otey, Dona Oxford & Pugsley Buzzard – amazing piano-pounders all! Tour ends Sunday with a final show at the Fox Theatre in Tucson – don’t miss it! Get tickets and see details for all of this stuff HERE.
Here are two songs about the place I come from…

“Meet Me In Manhattan”
See you out there!
