Brian Dennehy est un acteur américain, né le 9 juillet 1938 à Bridgeport (Connecticut) et mort le 15 avril 2020.

Biographie[modifier | modifier le code]

Brian Dennehy est d’origine irlandaise. Il est notamment connu pour avoir interprété le shérif Teasle dans Rambo, où il pourchasse John Rambo (incarné par Sylvester Stallone) dans la petite ville de Hope.

Il est le père de l’actrice Elizabeth Dennehy.

Il a par ailleurs fait une brillante carrière d’acteur de théâtre et fait les beaux soirs des scènes de Broadway en 1999.

Il tient également le rôle récurrent de Dom Wilkinson dans la série Blacklist.
