Discover Diego Figueiredo
The Most Amazing Guitarist We’ve Ever Seen

We know……. there are a lot of great guitarists out there.  We represent several of them ourselves, plus we’ve produced hundreds of concerts with most of the great guitarists of our time.  But Diego stands apart due to his unique style, his unique interpretations, and the pure excitement that he captures.

First, there is his fingering.  Each of his fingers and finger-nails is a pick.  This gives him tremendous speed and styles to choose from that we’ve never seen before.  Secondly, it’s his unique combination of the beautiful music from his native Brazil, combined with classical, traditional and jazz standards, along with the freedom and improvisation of jazz.

Finally, there is Diego’s phenomenal personality.  He naturally endears himself to the audience and has great communication with them throughout the concert.  You can expect numerous standing ovations at Diego’s concerts, plus long lines to buy his CD’s after the concert.

Diego is unlike anyone we have ever seen.

Numerous world-class artists have jumped on board to perform with Diego including legendary guitarist Larry Coryell (see below), legendary sax/clarinet player Ken Peplowski (see below), Janis Siegel (Manhattan Transfer), João Donato, Roberto Menescal, and Gilberto Gil.

Diego recently toured with three other guitarists on the International Guitar Night Tour, which included Grammy Award-winning classical guitarist Andrew York.  Here’s what “Guitar World Magazine” said about Diego:

“Following Maneli Jamal was a true virtuoso, jazz guitarist Diego Figuierido. Yes, we were all mesmerized by his amazing head of hair. But it was his incredibly fluid and natural performance style, his sense of true enjoyment as he dazzled us and his good-natured entertaining approach that truly grabbed us. Wow. I don’t even know what else to say. Seemingly effortless and thoroughly fabulous.”  –  – Guitar Wold Magazine, Laura B. Whitmore

Diego has also gotten rave reviews from every single presenter as well as his contemporary musicians – here’s a few.

“I have seen and played with many wonderful guitar players like Joe Pass and Baden Powell, but no one is like Diego.  His ability and swing are unique.”
Flora Purim / legendary Brazilian vocalist

“Diego Figueiredo is one of the most amazing and exciting artists in jazz today.  His astounding virtuosity fuses Brazilian, jazz, and classical elements into a style all his own.  The audience is swept up into Diego’s joy of music!”
Shelly Berg / Dean of Music – Frost School of Music at University of Miami

“One of the greatest guitarists I’ve seen in my whole life”
 – George Benson

OK….enough said we hope??   Judge for yourself – here are some live video performances of Diego, a short bio, and some readily available combos for North America.  Seeing is believing – present him and you’ll see how audiences are going insane for Diego.  Be it solo (one of the best ways to present him), or with piano and percussion, or with one of the world class artists below.
