Global Divestment Day is going to truly beautiful, as we join forces by holding orange flashmobs, prayer vigils and peaceful direct actions to #divest our institutions from the wreckless companies who fuel the climate crisis. Together, the global divestment movement can and will create the momentum needed to bring about a just transition to a 100% clean renewable energy future.
Today feels like a real coming-of-age moment for the divestment movement, and a turning point for the wider climate movement too.
