Alltech Music Festival Provides the Soundtrack to the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games™ 2014 in Normandy
Aloe Blacc, Kool & The Gang and More to Entertain at the Games
[CAEN, France] – With just ten days to go to the official opening ceremony of the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games™ 2014 in Normandy, Alltech is also counting down to the opening of the Alltech Music Festival. Commencing on Sunday, Aug. 24, musicians will play from 7 p.m. on eight evenings of the Games. The Alltech Music Festival will be free of charge to everyone holding a Games sport ticket or Games Village ticket (€5.00).
An estimated 10,000 Games visitors will gather in the heart of the Games Village on Alltech Music Festival nights to enjoy live musical entertainment from a variety of international and local artists, including American Grammy Award winning R&B group Kool & The Gang, French songstress Joyce Jonathan, traditional Irish musician Sharon Shannon through to American singer songwriter Aloe Blacc. This broad musical spectrum of artists will have Games visitors dancing through the Games Village in Caen.

The Games will be an event not just for equestrians but for horse lovers and non-equestrian enthusiasts alike. Alltech wished to work hand in hand with the Normandy Organising Committee to add value and enhance the Games experience for the 500,000 people coming from around the world, and of course from the local Normandy region.”
