Bishop George G. Livingston Sr. is formerly a member of Paul Beasley and the Gospel Keynotes of Tyler, Texas. He is originally from Newark, New Jersey and has been singing since he was seven years of age. Starting out with a group called the Red Hot Motivations. He recorded two albums with this group and traveled primarily the east coast with times in the Mid-Atlantic and Mid-western regions. This group opened up for professional groups such as Willie Neal Johnson & The Gospel Keynotes, The Hawkins Family, The Mighty Clouds of Joy, The Williams Brothers, Ray Charles and a host of others. He sung with the Motivations for approximately 20 years.

     He then moved to Los Angeles, California and formed a group there called the L.A. Ambassadors singing with them for one year without recording. While in Los Angeles, California in 1994 it was there that he was blessed to become a part of the renowned Willie Neal Johnson & the Gospel Keynotes. He traveled across the country with the Keynotes and his career was highlighted when the group was invited to sing on the Bobby Jones Gospel Show. In 1996 he left the Keynotes and was asked to become a part of Rev. Curtis Watson and the Soulful Messengers. With this group he became the second lead singer to Rev. Watson and again travelled the country.

     Singing with Rev. Watson for approximately four  years he was blessed to record (1) CD entitled “Precious Memories” under the First-Lite Label. In the year 2000 Bishop Livingston moved from Los Angeles, California and took up residency in Chattahoochee, Florida. It was there that he formed a group called the Fantastic Sons of Calvary of Tallahassee, Florida. Bishop Livingston was the lead singer with this group and appeared on many programs opening for acts such as Troy Ramey & the Soul Searchers, Spencer Taylor and the Highway QC’s, The Williams Brothers, The Swanee Quintet, The Mighty Clouds of Joy, and a host of others. With this group he recorded (1) CD under the Hallatcha record label. Singing with The Fantastic Sons of Calvary for approximately four years he was then called back to sing with Paul Beasley and the Gospel Keynotes in the year 2004. He has been blessed to record (1) CD with Paul Beasley. In the year 2005 he was blessed to record his debut CD as a solo artist under The LowRush Records recording label, entitled “You Can’t Keep A Good Man Down”.  

    This is an anointed CD with songs for everyone. This CD shows the songwriting and vocal abilities that he has been blessed with.
