World Renowned Singer Celebrates Her 50th Birthday And 20 Years In China
SHANGHAI, China – June 24, 2018 – PRLog — Donyale Renee’s birthday is on July 9, and she will be throwing a big birthday bash on Thursday July 12, 2018. The party will be held at CJW / Shanghai, and in attendance will also be the owner of CJW, Mr. Michael King, who will also be celebrating his birthday as well! The party will be sponsored by various beverage sponsors, and the music will be provided by one of Shanghai’s premiere DJ’s, “DJ Shai!” The festivities will begin, at 7:30 and will cost 200 RMB. Free Flow cocktails, and Hors D’oeuvres, will be available until 9:30. To top the evening off, guests will also be treated with a special birthday performance, by the “quintessential performance queen” herself, Donyale Renee!
Donyale’s career span in China will mark 20 years this summer. The party will also commemorate this milestone! Donyale has become a legend in China, but specifically as part of the CJW family, of which she has been a consistent figure over the last seven years. She is loved and adored by newcomers, as well her longtime CJW super fans.
“I felt it only befitting that I celebrate my 50th Birthday at CJW. They have shown me so much love, and have become my family. I love CJW Shanghai more than any other venues in China. The people are so gracious and kind. CJW is the melting pot of all cultures from around the world, and I feel like I am receiving “worldwide love,” whenever I perform there,” says Donyale Renee.
In addition to performing, Donyale has created a new wig line, which will be on the market in the upcoming months, and is the CEO of a newly founded entertainment company that will facilitate the best singers, performers and bands from America to grace the many upscale Asian and worldwide venues including Asia.

Donyale Renee, is a Houston, Texas native, but has considered Atlanta, Georgia home since 1985. Donyale has sung background vocals for, and shared stages with, The King of Pop Michael Jackson and Pop Diva Mariah Carey, as well as Reggae artists Maxi Priest. Donyale has been the opening act for several major R&B artists, and can be remembered for singing back-up throughout mainland China 2008-2011 with one of China’s biggest Pop stars, Zhāng Liàngyǐng .
While living in Japan 1996-2007 (Tokyo, Shizuoka, and Osaka) Donyale sang background vocals for Japan’s most popular actor and recording artist Yuji Oda, and number #1 hip hop and R& B artist of Japan, “AI.” Donyale is the voice of many of Japan’s TV commercials such as Draft One Beer. “The Tide is High” and Crystal Geyser Water “Oh Baby I Love Your Way.” She co-wrote one of Japan’s popular TV show songs titled “Wave Up.”
Donyale is a humanitarian, by volunteering the gift of her voice to various American organizations, and recorded the classic o’Jays hit “Love Train,” on a charity CD for “The Christian Action Outreach for Refugees,” in Hong Kong.
In 2016, in America, Donyale released her popular dance hit single “Overdose,” and received great critical acclaim.

Donyale Renee (a Houston, TX native) who has lived in Atlanta, GA since 1995 has performed several private events for former Atlanta Mayor Bill Campbell while being signed to Platinum Atlanta Records (1995-1997). Donyale was a co writer of the campaign song for the former Mayor of Atlanta Shirley Franklin (2002) which was used throughout her campaign. Donyale has sung background vocals for Pop Diva Mariah Carey, R”B singers Monifa and Michael Henderson, as well as Reggae artists Maxi Priest. Donyale has been the opening act for several major R”B artists including The Manhattans, Betty Wright, Twelve, Frankie Beverly and Maze, Adina Howard and Blues artist Theodus Ealey and Marvin C. She’s sung lead with Atlanta’s own Corporate Band’s the Golden Touch Band, GT All-stars and The Atlanta All-stars, And most recently singing back-up throughout mainland China 2008-2011 with one of China’s biggest Pop stars Jane Zhang also know as Zhāng Liàngyǐng .

Highlights of Donyale’s career includes performances such as, “The G8 Summit, Savannah GA 2004)”, performing in the gospel workshop choir for “Pastor Donnie McClurkin (2007) Japan, performing as a lead vocalist in the gospel choir for the “Michael Jackson’s VIP Japan Party (2007),”and making her very first acting debut in the off Broadway musical play “You Betta Put That Woman First” written by “Mr. David Payton (2007-2008).”

Donyale is also known to be a humanitarian by volunteering the gift of her voice to local and national organizations events such as the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) Senior Citizen’s Christmas parties (Atlanta), and the Re-recording of the R ” B hit “Love Train” by the Mighty O’Jays on a Charity CD forThe Christian Action Outreach for Refugees (Hong Kong, 2011) and in 2013 she volunteered on a project which was one of the most inspiring projects of her life for Nick Vujicic and the Life Without Limbs organization. When she is off the road and at home in Atlanta she loves to volunteer with Hosea Feed the Hungry.
