Howdy Friends and Fans –

As you know if you’ve been reading these missives or visiting the Mudcat Facebook page, the fellas spent the end of 2014 and beginning of 2015 preparing 10 original songs for a new release. In order to truly obtain the warm feel of their music, they realized that a vinyl album was the only way to achieve that. Because vinyl costs way more than a CD to produce, a Kickstarter page was created. Alas, they are only slightly more than 1/3 of the way to their goal of $3000 (which is roughly half of the total cost), and there is only a week to go.

However, an anonymous (well, anonymous to y’all!) donor has graciously stepped forward and offered to donate $1000 dollars if we raise another $1000 between now and Sunday, May 17th at 5 pm. This is an incredible way to support the musicians whose music you love, and you don’t even have to tote their stinky, heavy equipment in your car!
