Shawn J. Voelker was born, raised and schooled in Northern Kentucky. Shawn began drawing and painting at a very early age and has received a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Fine Art from Northern Kentucky University. Shawn now works as a professional artist and his works are included in many private and corporate collections throughout the country.
