I have to add my name to the list of African-American blues artist who are highly offended by this blatant slap in our faces. No disrespect at all meant to any of these incredible artist but a gigantic 🖕🏾 to the promoters of the festival….How is this is any way a blues festival? None of these are blues artist and I don’t think any of them are people of color. Why do you think it is ok to take my culture and the suffering of African-Americans who made this music from the ground up and just repackage it to put $$$ in your own pockets?
