My son is now 7 and I still have one small bag of breastmilk in my freezer. I don’t know why I save it other than to remind me of one of the most precious times in my life. Whoa! So that’s how it works. It does seem logical. Of course, when I do it, none of those nodal options will be there, or, if they are there, they’ll be grayed out. But perhaps I’ll try them again. Does the MATH multiply by -1 trick work on rotation? In the past, I couldn’t get User Data rotation to go negative, so doors on one side of a car would only open inward, while the other side worked correctly.

Frisidine is my Greatgreat Grand Aunt sister to my great great grandmother a woman known variously as Cecile Marguerite Kanaka or Marguerite Cecile Haile. Dna results of their descendents indicate that they were half sisters. I have some documentation about Frisidine and I am in contact with my cousin who is a great story teller. Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

Well, good for them. It’s tough to do when you are supporting an elderly parent who has lived in her own home for 60 years, and two teenage sons on your own. The pressure of everyone’s life having always depended, and still depending solely on you, not changing, or able to change based on their circumstances, makes the game of “fake it ’til you make” it a tad difficult when it’s not just the last 50 years of my life, the remaining X years of that, but also the last 5 years of my mother’s life, and my sons’ present and future lives that are in the precarious balance.

I bought this product to keep my 8 yo son entertained on a long car trip. He loved it. He even dropped it once and it was fine. I prefer to change the disks myself because the center really holds on to them. I figure that keeps them from shifting while the device is mobile. When my son got cranky from sitting too long this really did the trick. I would also take it on a plane too. They don’t usually have Scooby Doo movies on planes.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
