Believers,I’m beyond excited to share that today is the day- Scorpion King 4: Quest for Power is now available on Blu-Ray and DVD! You can also download your Digital HD copy here.

It’s an action-packed and super entertaining film, and has a stellar cast and crew. As you may know, my character, Chancara, has a FIERCE cage fight with Valina (Ellen Hollman)! From armbars to moonsaults, we leave it ALL in the ring.

I had such a blast filming this scene. Our stunt choreographer, Grant Powell, along with his assistant Nathan Barris, are outstanding choreographers, and they made this scene so much fun for Ellen and me. Despite how it might appear in this film, Ellen and I have become such great friends, and she is now training Gracie Jiu-Jitsu with the family! She is beautiful & talented, but tough!

Victor Webster, (another badass jiu-jitsu practitioner) is so perfect in his role. Strong, handsome, but playful, he makes the perfect Mathayus. Will Kemp is another incredibly talented rising star who plays Drazen. For you MMA/UFC fans, don’t forget about the other amazing cameos by (our uncle) Royce Gracie, Roy “Big Country” Nelson, Don “The Dragon” Wilson, and Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva.

Hello Believers!

I hope that all of you have had an amazing 2014 so far! It’s been such a whirlwind year for me already, and I am so grateful for all of the experiences that I’ve had. I’ve been blessed to travel all over the US teaching both Women Empowered and certifying Gracie Defense Systems Instructors in the US Air Force to help reduce sexual assault. In fact, Rener and I are headed to the Wright Patterson Air Force base in Ohio- I can’t wait.On a personal level, it’s also been an incredible year so far. I became an Auntie for the second time, welcoming my adorable baby niece into the world. She is such a bundle of joy! I also became a mommy (well, a puppy mommy) to the cutest little Australian Shepherd Tioki (more on my little puppy later). On top of all that, there’s the madness of wedding planning! I can’t believe it’s almost time 🙂

Meet TiokiFor Christmas this year, Rener finally agreed that we could get a puppy! And, yes. His name is pronounced “Chokey” in Portuguese. And because we’re friends, I’ll be honest with you and tell you that it is what you think it is. Rener (and I) like to to choke people. So we named him … Tioki! New Gracie Diet Cookbook!In this video, I am joined by my future cousin-in-law Angela Gracie as I (nervously) make one of Rener’s favorite Gracie Diet meals! I am by NO means an expert in the kitchen, and I have always had a hard time finding Gracie Diet approved recipes that I can make easily for Rener and I. You can imagine how excited I was when Angela told me she was creating a recipe book full of Gracie Diet approved, Gracie Family favorites!
